Sam and I spent Christmas day together, just the two of us. We went on a long walk along the Cedar Lake Trail and I even convinced him to take some pictures for me. Since I spent all night Tuesday baking, I thought I deserved it 
We are leaving for Eau Claire today, which is exciting! Here is hoping I get to go thrifting there! My friend Ann (who I did the photo shoot with) told me about a store there that’s so amazing it even sells cars. While I am not looking for a car, there are a few vintage pieces I would love to get my hands on. I have been looking for a camel coat, and any sweaters I can find.
I also got a Tess + Tricia necklace for Christmas, and if you haven’t heard of them, they are a local jewelry brand out of Excelsior, MN. I just learned that their jewelry will be available in over 80 Core Power Yoga locations, which is huge!

Notice how red my hands are in the photos. It was pretty cold out, even though we have no snow!
And by the way these quilted boots were only $30 from HauteLook.com. I used to order from there a lot a couple years ago, and now, that I can return to Nordstrom Rack, I think I will be shopping there more often!
Meanwhile I am enjoying my break, watching Twin Peaks, It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia, and waiting for Friends to go on Netflix.
